A colorful and whimsical brooch c. The 1960’s done in 18K yellow gold and set with carved tourmaline and chrysoprase for the feathers, carnelian for the beaks and cabochon rubies for the eyes. The bodies of the birds are also pave set with .50cttw in G-I color Vs2-Si1 clarity round diamonds. There are bales present to be worn as a pendant as well.
Brooch measures 1.40” by 1.25” and weighs 12.9g.
All stones are secure and free of damage. Makers marks are present and legible.
